Vivian began her professional life in fashion sales and public relations, a career that included owning a wholesale showroom where she represented fashion designers in sales, marketing and branding. Her real estate background was launched when she began acquiring, renovating, marketing and leasing her own investment properties in Los Angeles and later buying and selling personal homes in Austin. Today, as a sales agent and licensed realtor, she leverages her keen eye for design and industry know-how to help clients envision each property's true potential and negotiate the best possible deal. A California native, Vivian has resided in Austin since 2016.
